The short version of how SeventhBiz works. Still curious? Get in touch.
An institutional intelligence platform that reads SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 20-F, 40-F, 6-K) and earnings-call transcripts the moment they’re filed, then surfaces structured signals — rising trends, new risks, threshold events, and management language shifts — each tied to a verbatim source quote.
Filings come directly from the SEC EDGAR system; earnings-call transcripts come from established market-data providers. We poll continuously, so new disclosures enter the pipeline within minutes of being filed.
Every filing is distilled into five signal types: Rising (↑), New (★), Risk (!), Threshold (Δ), and Declining (↓). The shared vocabulary lets you scan a whole quarter in seconds and drill into the source quote behind any signal.
Yes. Each signal, theme, and quote links back to the exact filing section it came from. Nothing is paraphrased into a black box — you always see management’s own words.
Coverage spans data centers, fintech, cybersecurity and more, and expands continuously. The Coverage Directory shows every tracked company grouped by industry, with a reporting-status indicator.
Automatically and continuously. As soon as a tracked company files, the document is queued, analyzed, and the resulting signals appear on the relevant company, industry, and hot-topic pages.
Private equity and venture investors, corporate development and strategy teams, and equity-research analysts — anyone who needs to move from a filing dump to a defensible, structured read quickly.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account’s billing portal — access continues through the end of the paid period.
